Jehuda Leib Rabinowicz has put together a volume of 1000 Biblical verses which contain the basis of the Hebrew language. Excluding the grammatical chart at the beginning of the volume, the text is in German consisting of selected quotations from all of the 24 books of the Bible.
The title page also contains the following: "Sonder-ausgabe der Deutschen Übersetzung zu dem Hebräischen wortregister: Makor Niftach." J.L. Rabinowicz is also the editor (with Kurt Rabinowicz) of a volume entitled Makor Niftach zur Heiligen Schrift (1938).
