Description		    Description of the Mizrahi, Tahkemoni School in Jaffa and appeal for funds. Rabbi Fishman was the Mizrahi's delegate to study the situation of education in Erez Israel and find ways to develop educational and cultural activities there. He laid the foundation for the establishment of the Tahkemoni School in Jaffa, the first educational institution of Mizrachi in the country, which inaugurated Mizrachi's educational system based on a synthesis of "the people of Israel, the Torah, and Zion."
