The outer part contains a handwritten song, in beautiful Hebrew script, which is entitled Shir Leumi--a national song. There are a total of 6 stanzas, with a refrain to be sung after each of the six.

It is signed , with a few lines in Hungarian by "Laufer Lajos.

The second page contains a note in Hebrew addressed to "my brother" with wishes for a Happy Passover , etc. and is signed "Eliezer.
