Letter by R. Abraham Hayyim David b. Judah Lieb Sofer (1877-1937) was a grandson of the Ketav Sofer. A scholar in the image of the Sofer family, he was appointed head of the Erez Israel Galician Kollel in 1907 replacing his father. He passed on in Budapest on the 7th of Nissan 5697. |
