Description		    Letter by R. Baruch Hager Admor of Siret-Vizhnitz (1895–1972). He was the leader of a large group in Haifa. In addition to gathering many more followers around him, he established branches in Jerusalem and Bene Berak. An erudite scholar many Hasidim attended his court and sought his blessings and advice. As previous Zaddikim of Vizhnitz he was active in spreading Torah learning, established yeshivot, and housing for His Hasidim.
