A work in French and Hebrew on the inscription on the sarcophagus of Eshmunazar II, king of Sidon, (4th cent. B.C.E.).

Description		    This work includes approbations by M. L. Isidor, R, Zadoc Kahn (Chief Rabbi of Paris), M. Ad. Franck (a professor), M. de Longperier (an editor of the Journal des Savants), and M. Oppert (a professor).

The work includes a facsimile of the inscription in ancient Phoenician.

Yitshak Eizik Roller also wrote ha-Milhamah veha-matsor: ve-hi lahat ha-herev ha-mithapekhet ben Tsarefat ve-Ashkenaz ve-sikhsukhe Tsarefatim be-Tsarefatim (1878) as well as a work on Bible commentary entitled Divre Yair :`al Torat H. temimah (2 volumes 1881-1890).
