Detailed Description |
|
The topics covered were biology, anthropology, heredity, race relations and biology. One article of particular interest is called Judenvolk and Weltkrieg [the Jewish people and the world war] by Dr. Elias Auerbach of Haifa. "Elias Auerbach was a physician born in the province of Posen in 1892. Unlike the vast majoity of German Zionists, Auerbach not only adhered to the theoretical demand of emigration to Palestine, but actually made his aliyah as early as 1905. He published numerous articles on Jewish race science. Auerbach maintained that the Jews has preserved racial purity through the millenia and that contemporary Jews were descendents of the Biblical inhabitants of Erez Israel." |
