Description		    Bi-lingual Yiddish-French enactments for organization to provide medical and pharmaceutical coverage to its members. The title page informs that the organization was founded in Adar [5]671- March 4, 1911 and retains offices at 8, Rue Beranger. Reading from right to left the text is in Yiddish; from left to right, the larger part of the takkanot, the text is in French. The center [14] pp. contain blank boxes for inscription of dues and benefits received. The Yiddish section has 63 entries. It begins with the purpose of the organization, rules regarding the members of the organization, levels of activity and benefits of members. The final two articles deal with the closing of the organization.
