Detailed Description |
|
A guide to the diseases, infections, and other ills that may befall an infant after circumcision and its treatment. The booklet was published by the Medical Board of the Initiation Society, the group responsible for licensing of Mohalim.
The Society insures that every circumcision be performed by a properly trained and certified Mohel (ritual circumciser) who is expertly trained in both the surgical technique and in Jewish Law. Furthermore it must conform to the highest standards of modern medical hygiene and Halachah (Jewish Law).
