Description		    R. Mordecai b. Zevi Hirsch Klatchko (c.1858-1932) was born in Vilna and educated in Volozhin. He served for many years in Bangor before moving to Boston (1928?). His only published work is Techelet Mordecai (New York 1928) containing responsa and hadranim.
