Description		    Letter by R. Samuel b. Joshua Falk Kipnis (1883-1979) , Chief Editor of Ozar Haposkim in Jerusalem. He was born in Norinsk and educated in Lithuanian yeshivot. An erudite Talmudic scholar, R. Kipnis served as rabbi of Ovrutch before emigrating to Erez Israel in 1934. He was rabbi in Jerusalem before accepting the Ozar position where he served until his passing.
