Description		    Only edition of this detailed lexicon of rabbinic sayings by R. Abraham Leichtag ben Phineas Wachsman.The title page of this volume, part two of the complete work, describes it as including forty-nine thousand rabbinic sayings in the Babylonian Talmud, Jerusalem Talmud, Mekhilta, Sifra, Sifre, Tosefta, Avot de-Rabbi Nathan, Tractate Sofrim, Kallah, Seder Olanm, Medrash Rabbah, Tanhumim, Aggadah, Pesikta de-R. Kahanah, Pesikta Rabbati, Pirkei de- R. Eliezer, Tanna de-bei-Eliyahu Rabbah and Zota, Medrash ha-Gadol, Zohar, Tikkunei Zohar, Sefer Yezirah, Osiot e-R. Akiva, Yalkut Torah, Yalkut Shimonei, Medrash Sohar Tov, and several others. The text is arranged alphabetically in two columns in square letters. Ha-Nothen be-Yam Derekh is a comprehensive tool for locating rabinci sayings and their exact formulation. Although not printed with this volume the entire work received a large number of approbations form the leading rabbis in Hungary and elsewhere.
