Description		    Bet Din decree signed by four Moroccan rabbinical scholars, all erudite in Talmud and Jewish law: R. Joshua Monsonego (1826-1892), signs twice, author of many works in Halacha and kabbalah; R. Hayyim Daniel Cohen; R. Walid Sultan, signs twice; R. Moses Attia (c. 1820-1880), composed many liturgies, still recited by Moroccan Jewry, torah scrolls written by him are extant.
