Description		    Hiddushim on the weekly Torah portion by R. Nathan Nuta ben Zevi ha-Kohen Duner. R. Duner (d. 1860). The title page describes Tiferet Hayyim wondrous and precious novellae, bright as the sun at noon, from the gaon, wonder of the generation, like an angel of the Lord, son of the admor, R. Hayyim Meir Jehiel, the light of whose holy Torah shined in the city of Megaliza and was av bet din in Kosnitz and Megaliza. There is an introduction from the author, approbations from R. Joshua Asher Elhanan and R. Israel, followed by the text which is set in two columns in rabbinic letters. Below the commentary are occasional lengthy glosses. Tiferet Hayyim also includes novellae on several books of the Bible. After Tiferet HayyimSefer Mai Da’at, from R. Jerahmiel,Hazon Yeshaya, Tiferet Moshe, all hiddushei Torah. The volumen conmcludes with the hanhagot of R. Aaron Karliner, reprinted from Bet Aaron, here annotated with Megadnot Natan. Tiferet Hayyim is not recorded in the Bet Eked Sefarim.
