Description		    Letter by R. Reuven b. Abraham haLevi Levin (1816-1887), Rav of Duenaburg (Dvinsk). R. Reuven was born in suburb of Vilna, Smorgonie and educated in Lithuanian yeshivot. His only surviving work, responsa published after his passing, Rosh leReuveni (Daugavpils 1936) encompasses all areas of halakha.
