Description		    A memorial certificate from the Rabbi Meir Baal Haness Charity Organization marking the death of the "honored philanthropist" R. Aharon ben Zusia Yaakov Folickman who passed away on the 18th day of Iyar 5715 in Jerusalem. The certificate is numbered #6109.

Around the wording in the center are 5 pictures, and various phrases from the Bible and other Rabbinical sources regarding death, such as "Better the day of death than the day of birth", and "a good name [is better] than good oil", etc.
