Description		    Letter by R. Israel Jacob Fischer (1928-2003), rav of Zikhron Moshe and lead member of the Bet Din Zedek in Jerusalem. An erudite scholar he wrote many responsa, novellae, and homiletics which have been published under the title Even Yisro'el, multiple volumes.

He was named after Jacob Israel Dahan who was martyred as this giant in torah was bought into this world. The name was reversed so as not to give the name of a person who died young and in such a shameful manner.
