Anti-Zionist polemic pamphlet comprised of the collected opinions of leading right-wing rabbis prohibiting taking funds from the government in support of yeshivot. Kuntres Da’at Torah is comprised of an introduction and six pesak din and letters opposing accepting government aid. The contents are a pesak din from R. Duschinsky and the bet din of the Perushim and Hasidim (1952); a letter from the ge’onei Eretz Israel (1955), a warning from R. Duschinsky and the bet din of the Perushim and Hasidim (1956); a letter from R. Isser Zalman Meltzer, rosh yeshivah Ez Hayyim; a peak din from R. Pinhas Epstein, rosh Av bet din; and a second letter from R. Pinchas Epstein (1967). Both the pesak sins and the letters have, in addition to the lead names, other signatories.
