Description
"Chaver Paver" was the pen name of Gershon Einbinder (Bershad, Bessarabia, 1901- Los Angeles, 1964). He is the author of many Yiddish works, including :Clinton Street, and other stories (translated from the Yiddish Klinton Strit :roman ), Di tsen landslayt : roman fun idishn imigrantn-lebn in Nyu-York (Los Angeles, 1942), Zalmen der shuster, kapitlen vegn zayne zekhtsik yorn lebn in Amerike (Los Angeles, 1955), and many others.
