Ethical instructions to synagogue presidents for their behavior to the rabbi and the institution by R. Elijah Mordecai ha-Kohen Maza (1896-1954). R. Maza was born in Smolevichi, Russia and came to the United States in 1926. An erudite scholar and gifted speaker he wrote and published many works in Hebrew and Yiddish dealing with the moral and ethical problems of American Jewry. |
