Document signed by Letter by R. Moses Ifrach (d. 1934) rabbinic scholar. R. Moses was a lead rabbinical scholar in Tiberius and headed a number of community institution. He perished with his wife and mother in a flood. His only surviving work, Ozar Elijah, commentary to the Pentateuch remains in manuscript.
The document carries several additional signatures. |
