A blank congratulatory telegram, called a Telegram of Blessing, and with the Hebrew words Mazal Tov printed on the top, adn the words עוד ישמע ..printed on wither side. The telegram could be sent from a bookstore called Otzar Hasefarim, under the ownership of R. BenZion Bruk. There are three pictures on top. From left to right, they depict: The Tower of David, The Western Wall, with words surrounding the picture in Hebrew ..If I forget thee of Jerusalem...", and a symbol of Tel Aviv/ Old Yaffo.
There is room for the date to be filled in , and the year 569___ indicates that it was printed during the 1930's. Then there is space for the addressee and the message.
