Description		    Letter by R. Simeon b. Jekuthiel Efrati (1908-1988) post-Holocaust rabbi of Warsaw. He was born in Cholojow and educated in the Polish yeshivot. He wrote MeiEmek haBakhah (Jerusalem 1948) responsa relating to Holocaust issues. In 1947 he came to Jerusalem where he served as rabbi in the Rehavia section of Jerusalem.
