Description		    Postcard by R. Judah b. Zevi Hirsch Bengis was born in Snipiszki a suburb of Vilna. He was educated in Lithuanian yeshivot and served as rabbi of Liepaja, Latvia. His brother was R. Zelig Reuven Bengis of Jerusalem.
