Description		    Document by R. Elijah B. Jacob Elimaleh (1837-1908), rabbinical scholar. He was born in Mogador and educated in Moroccan yeshivas, emigrated to Erez Israel, before settling in Tangier. He is the author of Beka laGilgoleth (Jerusalem 1911) novella to the Talmud and Rambam. The writer of the document and signed twice is R. Joseph b. Abraham Toledano, rabbi in Tangier and member of a distinguished family of rabbis and scholars dating back many centuries to ancient Spain.
