Paragraph 1    The poster is entitled: The Wall: matters of security and protection. The subtitle is "A new method of chasing the immigrants"
          
Detailed
Description		    The poster states that the British navy is looking at the method of hunting the immigrants. The last two ships, the Hatikva and the MordeHagetaot , were already hunted according to this new method.

After the airforce reveals the boat of immigrants, destroyers approach...two of them arrange themselves on the sides of the boat..for a while they follow in a parallel line and all of a sudden they pressure the boat from both sides. This endangers the lives of the immigrants...and they capture the boat with the immigrants.

This new method will not stop the flow of immigration...

The basic answer to this is that the immigration will continue and get stronger. The mandate thinks these new methods will stop the flow of immigration...they are wrong. Threats and dangers have not stopped the flow until now and they will not stop it in the future. The Jewish immigrant has no choice ..his destination is Erez Israel ...and he will reach it.
          
Paragraph 2    The Mandatory government did everything in its power to stop the stream of "illegal" immigrants, exerting pressure on other governments to prevent them leaving and dispatching patrol boats to track the ships from the moment of their departure till their arrival off the Palestinian coast. At a later stage (1940–48) radar stations were erected and aircraft employed to detect immigrant vessels on the open sea.
