Description |
|
R. Moses b. Isiah Epstein (1880-1955), Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Torat Hayyim in Jerusalem and Rabbi of the Kiryat Shmuel section for over 50 years. R. Epstein was born in Keidnov. Lithuania and came to Jerusalem at age 13 with his parents. He studied in the Yeshiva Torat Hayyim under R. Winograd and eventually replaced him as Rosh Yeshiva. |
