Description		    Letter by R. Israel b. Baruch Pinchas Rabinowitz (1905-75), Admor of Skolya. He was born and raised in Skolya, later Vienna. After his marriage to The daughter of R. Mordecai Zusya Twersky of Chernobyl he settled in Kishinev where he led a large following. In 1948 he immigrated to Brooklyn, then Miami Beach where he again led a large following. In 1970. He moved to Tel Aviv where he passed on in 1975. An erudite scholar his writings were published in Yismah Israel, homilies to the Pentateuch.
