Detailed
Description		    Only edition of this halakhic monograph on the prohibition of preparing coffee or tea on Shabbat by R. Hayyim ben Nathan Nata Nathansohn. There is no formal title page, but rather a heading and introductory paragraph. R. Nathansohn describes himself as being young, av bet din of Varashin in the vicinity of Pazin and currently in the tent of Torah in the bet midrash of the late zaddik R. Leib ben Saul in Hamburg. It is his purpose to remove the stumbling block from the children of Israel, that is, the making of coffee and or tea, which is, in his opinion, a complete violation of Shabat; also. On the correct text of the prayers for musaf on Yom Kippur according to R. Raphael Kohen, from the old form of shenei Se’irim le-kaper corrected to se’ir le kaper. Also included parenthetically, matter related to his Avodat Teima which he intends to publish shortly. Even ha-To’im is available for free, at no cost, to whomever wants a copy, for R. Nathansohn feels obligated to do so, as its purpose is to prevent people from transgressing. The text follows in a single column in rabbinic type.
          
Paragraph 2    אשר כוננתי... חיים בלאאמ"ו... ר' נתן נטע זצללה"ה שהי' מקדם אב"ד דק"ק וורעשען... במחוז פאזען וכעת... פה ק"ק האמבורג, להסיר מכשול... ולמחות אבן הטועים... בענין עשי' הקאפע והטהע בשבת, אשר לפי דעתי הוא חילול שבת גמור, סימן ב, הוא בענין נוסח התפלה במוסף יוהכ"פ ששינה... ר' רפאל הכהן זצ"ל הנוסחה הישנה "ושני שעירים לכפר" ותיקן לומר "ושעיר לכפר" [ועוד]...
