Description		    A writ of refusal issued by the Bet Din Zedek Lekhol Makhelot HaAshkenazim of Jerusalem against Hanoch Hendel Havlin. Claims were made by the students at Yeshivat Torat Emet in Jerusalem. He was invited to the Din Torah and warned both orally and in writing to appear without delay.This part is signed by the legal Shaliah, Baruch Deutsch.

The authentication of the above is signed by R. Pinhas Epstein, R. Yisrael Yitzhak Halevi Reisman and R. Dovid Halevi Jungreis, members of the Bet Din, with a copy of their seal in purple ink.
