Description		    Approval to slaughter kosher animals signed by three prominent rabbis:

R. Noah b. Jechiel Michel Rabinowitz (1839-1901), rabbi of Seduvaand other prominent Lithuanian cities. He is the author of several scholarly works including Mei Noah (Vilna 1881) responsa on all parts of the Shulhan Arukh; Toldot Noah (Vilna 1882-1901), multiple volumes, homiletics.

R. Moses Samuel b. Joseph Shapiro (b.1855) rabbi of Panevezio and other prominent Lithuanian cities. He is the author of several scholarly works including Tevu'ot Shemesh (Kedainiai 1929), elucidations in the complicated subject of cleansing impure vessels.

R. Zev Wolf b. Solomon Lehrman (b.1860) rabbi of Erzvilkas, Lithuania.
