Description		    Receipt the seven tuvei ha-ir (communal leaders) of the Romanian Kollel (Rebbe Me-ir Ba'al Ha-Nes) for the sum of 455 (misspelled) frank. The document is signed by the seven rabbis including the Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi, R. Rafael Zilberman.
