Description		    Document agreeing to the selection of judges for a Bet Din ruling signed by R. Abraham Hayyim Noe (1890- 1954), secretary of the Bet Din and rabbinical scholar. R. Noe was born in Hebron into a devoted Habad family. He was educated by his father, R. Menahem Mendel, and in local yeshivot. A disciple of R. Joseph Isaac Schneersohn, the Admor of Habad, he traveled to Russia to see the Rebbe who wrote the approbation on his multi-volume work on the Shulkhan Arukh ha-Rav called Pe'at ha-Shulkhan. He is also the author of several additional works in halakha and hasidut such as Sefer Shiurei Torah and others.
