Description		    Judeo-Spanish prayers to be recited Erev Rosh Hodesh on behalf of the sick and the departed, brought to press anew by R. Hayyim Isaac Marahim overseen by R. Hannanel Hasid. It is dated with the verse “That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children” (Deuteronomy 11:21). Seder Modah includes the thirteen Middot of Rahamim and prayers to be recited at the departure of the soul by a person of clear mind. On the verso of the title page is a letter from the Va’ad of the yeshiva of Rabbi Meir Ba’al ha-Nes in Tiberius supporting publication of this pamphlet of supplications, signed by R. Meir Vankin. Next are prefatory remarks from R. Hannanel Hasid on the need to reprinting this collection of prayer, necessitated by World War II and the need to support yeshivot in Erez Israel. R. Hayyim Isaac Marahim, who was responsible for publication, was the gabbai of zedakah for yeshiva of Rabbi Meir Ba’al ha-Nes in Tiberius. The text is set in a single column in square unvocalized Hebrew letters.

"סדר מודעה. מסודר על ידי חכמינו לקוראו בערבי ראש חדש... מופיע מחדש... על ידי חיים יצחק מרחיים... בפיקוחו של חננאל חסיד". בלאדינו. סדר י"ג עיקרים ותפילה שבזמן פטירתו של האדם תהיה דעתו צלולה ולא יכפור בבוראו. מעבר לשער מכתב מאת ועד הישיבה על שם רבי מאיר בעל הנס בטבריה, המלצה על הדפסת החוברת. חתום: ר' מאיר ועקנין. כולל גם: דברי ר' חננאל בן יצחק חסיד על נחיצות ההדפסה מחדש, בשל אירועי מלחמת העולם השניה; פניה לתמיכה במוסדות חינוך שונים בארץ ישראל. חיים יצחק מרחיים, שמימן את הדפסת החוברת, היה גבאי הצדקה של ישיבת רבי מאיר בעל הנס בניו יורק. אותיות מרובעות בלתי מנוקדות.
