Description		    Responsa by R. Aaron Elimelech b. Pesah Bar-Shaul (Shaulson, 1911-64), rabbi of Rehovot. R. Bar-Shaul was born and educated in Jerusalem. He was Rosh Yeshiva of Hadorom Yeshiva in Rehovot and was appointed rabbi in 1961.

The responsa concerns the wife of a kohen (priest) who states that she was unfaithful thereby proscribing and terminating relations with her husband. The husband dies and she remarries another priest - is the marriage valid? Was there a retraction of the previous misdeed?
