The first part is in Hebrew and is entitled Beur `al "ha-`atsmaut" [an explanation on independence] ; the second part is in Yiddish and is entitled ...a klorkayt vegn "Zelbstshtendigkayt. Authorship is attributed to "al yede yire ha-Shem" [those who fear G-d].

This booklet is a reprint of the Jerusalem ,1969 [5730]booklet of the same name.
