Description		    Letter by R. Saul Barsam, elder son in law of the Steipler. He passed on at a young age and left a widow with 8 children. The Steipler, to provide the widow with sustenance gave her the exclusive righty to distribute his works title Kehilot Yaakov. The right is honored by the Steipler's son R. Hayyim.
