Samuel Salant, that the an evil team seeks to destroy the integrity of the funds collected for Jerusalem's poor. They advise the rabbi to send a special messenger, preferable a noted rabbi, to address the issue. In the interim they recommend a Kalman Bodenstein to be the representative of the group. the document is signed by Ezekiel Shulman? and Daviv b. Joseph ha-Kohen.
