Description		    Letter by R. Isaac David b. Nahum Etrog, (1895-1976) rabbi of Cong. Beth Israel in Los Angeles. R. Etrog was born in Safed and arrived in the US in 1915. He served in several cities and is the author of the 7 volume Pri Ez Hadar, an encyclopedia compiled of the codes, rules and regulations of the Hebrew Law.
