A work of children's literature in Yiddish by L. Lasavin of Syracuse NY, and illustrated by Nota Koslowsky This is a collection of ten short stories which deal with social themes and character building – e.g., relationships between parents and children, justice and injustice (lynching), reward and punishment, heroism and laziness. There is an alphabetical glossary (Yiddish/Yiddish) at the end of the book.
