The poster reports on the last meeting of the Committee of HaPoel HaTsiyoni where it was decided that that Erez Israel cannot be built in a piecemeal fashion, rather with the maximum exertion in the name of growing the income of Keren HaYesod. Therefore, the committee imposed an obligation on the Zionist organizations to concentrate their efforts to fulfill the budget of Erez Israel. These efforts are necessary especially in the condition in which we now find ourselves.

As members of the committe, we find ourselves obligated to turn to the Yishuv to around it to fulfull its debt to Keren HaYesod.

As the New Year approaces, we call on every one who settles the land, not to splilt himself from the obligation to the budget of Erez Israel and to fulfull his obligation to Keren HaYesod with faithfulness, because of the rcognition of the greatness of the work of rebirth that we have taken on ourselves, to build our national home in the land of our forefathers, for us and our children after us.
