Description
   A volume dealing with the legalities of the divorce decree (the get), the text of the decree and its meaning, etc. Various responsa by other Rabbis on this topic are included. The introduction is by the author's grandson, R. Yedidia Monsonégo. The preface is in French, the remainder in Hebrew. The author, R. Raphael Aaron Monsonégo (c. 1754-1840) of Fez, is a member of the same Rabbincal family as the current chief Rabbi of Morocco, R. Aharon Monsonégo.
