Description		    A request to the Rabbis who sit on the Bet Din for charity from a person named Yehezkel Fleischman (who lives in Bet Ungarn in Jerusalem and whose livelihood was from hanging posters and announcements in synagogues since 1919). He also states that his wife is ill with a chronic illness.

His request is confimed by a list of ten Rabbis, including R. Yitshak Tsvi Rivlin, R. Yaakov Yitshak Teitelbaum, et al. and further with approbations signed by three other Rabbis, including R. Eliyahu Romm and R. Yosef Gershon Horowitz.
