Detailed
Description
Ethical will of R. Aaron Moses of the family (root) Zevi. The title page informs that while still alive R. Aaron Moses made this known publicly and at the time of his death all that he commanded should be fulfilled. He died on the night of Shabbat 7 Tammuz after reciting Keriat Shema and completing Arvit with a clear mind. This is brought to press by the brothers-in-law R. Moses Judah ha-Levi ish Horowitz, son-in-law of R. Aaron Moses and R. Isaiah Asher Horowitz Meisels, son of R. Aaron Moses. The text, in a single column in rabbinic type, is comprised of the tsava’ah, discourses from R. Israel of Kosnitz.
