Homilies delivered by the author in his home country of Russia and during his wanderings in the United States. R. Kaufman was born in Kupiskis Lithuania and became a preacher in Kovno at age 20. He spent the next several years traveling on behalf of Telz and after a brief stay in London came to America c.1903. |
