Description		    Rabbinical decree in a financial dispute signed by R. Rahmim Elisha Efriyat (1845-1909), judge and rabbinic scholar in Sefrou. He left for Erez Israel in 1895 and is interred in the Mount of Olives. The second signatory is R. Elijah Rahmim B?, judge in Sefrou.
