| A poster condemning the creation of a swimming pool in Jerusalem and the subsequent arrest of the religious protesters.
The subtitle of the poster is "The Jews of the Holy Land are shocked".
"Again today, twenty Haredi Jews were arrested,..it is not enough for the ruling powers to establish a swimming pool with the force of weapons in order to strip away from out Holy City its jewel of purity with cruelty....rather their arm is outstretched to strangle any Jewish groan....The Tzadikim of Jerusalem who were brought today before 'their' court...when the groan of 'False witness' was heard, [the Haredi Jews] were hit by the police and "officers" and one of the young[Talmidei Hakhamim] was choked by a policeman and one of the Rabbis dropped to the ground and fainted. The judge punished the Rabbis for their outcries and added to their punishment for their demonstration against the establishment of the swimming pool, and he sentenced them to prison."
The poster continues by stating that no where else in the world (outside of Soviet Russia) are people pursued because of their religious beliefs--except in the State of Israel where the "Zionists" rule.
The poster concludes with two lines which are made to resemble a lament [Alei Tsion (Rise up, Zion)] which is recited on Tisha B'av, the saddest day of the Jewish calendar.
