Description |

Constitution of First Congregation Anshei Sefard founded in 1915 in the Boro Park section of Brooklyn. The congregation still stands and is a mainstay of the neighborhood with its multiple minyanim and Torah lectures. The Constitution itself is very detailed including dues, fines, obligations, etc. In case of death, arrangements are taken of, including the monument at the grave. |
