Detailed
Description		    The Constitution of the Torah Society of the People of Wisoki Mazovietzk in Yiddish and English. The book can be opened from either the right or left side, and the reader will find on both sides a table of contents and the Constitution. The Constitution itself is very detailed including dues, fines, obligations, etc. In case of death, arrangements are taken of, including the monument at the grave. The Society was incorporated in New York State in 1898,it seems that the society also had a synagogue - no address is given.
