Emigration application to Erez Israel to the Jewish agency in Berlin by Rabbi wishing to make aliyah as the Nazi regime imposed restrictions on Jews and immigration. The applicants were required to list all items and pay a 100% export tax on the value of the items. The Jewish Agency was responsible for the itemization and correctness of the list. |
